CVs for pre-screened and qualified candidates are also sent over immediately so you can secure the best talent as quickly as possible.
Once you have confirmed that a candidate is viable, we’ll set up the interview. Afterwards we’ll debrief with the hiring manager as well as the candidate, and provide timely feedback to all parties.
